Whether you believe the story of Noah’s Ark to be factual or not, this is one enjoyable game worth trying. This slot from IGT is a cartoon-like depiction of the popular Biblical story. Gameplay begins with setting your bets. You may start by clicking on the Lines +/- tabs to set the number of lines you want to play. Feature Symbols

One interesting feature you will notice in this game is the Split Symbols feature. As mentioned above, some of the animal symbols depict just one animal, while others depict two. You could also possibly win big if you land five of the same animal symbols with two animals in each symbol. That would mean you landed ten of the same animals, for a payout of 2500x your wager. Note that a Wild symbol substituting for an animal symbol will automatically be counted as two animals.

Bible stories are not the usual choice for slot themes, though Noah’s Ark from IGT manages to be both light and entertaining while using the biblical flood as a backdrop. This is one of the most obviously cartoon-like slots I have seen from this developer.

The twist in this story is an obvious one, the animals come in pairs. Some of the symbols are single animals, and others they are in 2’s. This means you can get up to 10 on a win-line, which results in big pay-outs in this game.

As well as cartoon animals and backdrop of the wooden ark, the animations are very much cartoon-like in this game. Even the ‘boing’ noise when you get a line with the playing card symbols contributes to the fun theme. When you get a line with any number of animals, you get both audio and animation while the win accumulates. This slows things down a little, especially for the smaller wins, though does contribute to the overall experience.

There is a free spins feature, which is based on the rains (complete with set of animals with umbrellas at the top of the screen). This has different animals in the reels, keeping the slot interesting.

Behind all the cartoons this is a 30 line slot with 5 reels and 3 rows of symbols. You can spin from 1c per line online, or 30c for a spin. You can hit up to 10 of a kind, with the pay-outs going in descending order through lions (2500 for 10), then hippos, elephants, camels and turtles (all 1000 for 10). The remaining symbols are the playing cards ace through to jack.

Doves can only appear on the middle 3 reels. These are the scatter, paying 2x your bet for 4 or more (they are also paired or single). For 5 doves you’ll get 5 free spins and for 6 doves 10 free spins.

You go to a new set of reels for the spins round, and you’ll also have a new set of animals. The theme is rain, and the reels are filled with rain until they stop, at which point you see the symbols clearly. You can trigger more spins at any point, though for me the 5 spins rounds do feel a little short.

The new animals are topped by the giraffe, which is worth 2500 coins for 10 of a kind. The others are a goat, zebra, bird, and a crocodile. These also have their own animations when you get a win.
